What is the STABILIZER
FIRST ALERT CONCUSSION
SENSOR™ ?
- The STABILIZER
FIRST ALERT CONCUSSION SENSOR™ is a
device that detects impact.
- The STABILIZER
FIRST ALERT CONCUSSION SENSOR™ is a
device that contains a tube filled with red liquid held
in suspension. When The STABILIZER
FIRST ALERT CONCUSSION SENSOR™ is subjected to
an impact exceeding a specified G-level, the shock disrupts the surface
tension of the liquid, releasing the highly visible red dye into the
length of the tube creating a permanent and immediate indication that
the impact was strong enough to potentially cause a concussion.
- Once activated, the The STABILIZER
FIRST ALERT CONCUSSION SENSOR™ cannot
be reset.
- The STABILIZER
FIRST ALERT CONCUSSION SENSOR™ provides 360 degree impact
detection.
- The STABILIZER
FIRST ALERT CONCUSSION SENSOR™ is unaffected by
moisture or adverse temperatures and once it turns red
it cannot be reset.
- The STABILIZER
FIRST ALERT CONCUSSION SENSOR™ has a
tamper-proof design which prevents concealment of activation
without obvious evidence of interference.
- The STABILIZER
FIRST ALERT CONCUSSION SENSOR™ is made from
poly carbonate, the same material used in the manufacturing of football
helmets.
