If the TOP side liquid turns RED... Indicates that a hit or blow to the helmet was located on the LEFT FRONT, LEFT SIDE, or BACK LEFT of the helmet and strong  enough to potentially cause a  concussion. REMOVE PLAYER IMMEDIATELY

If BOTH liquids turns RED... Indicates that a hit or blow to the helmet  was located on the  FACE MASK, FOREHEAD, or BACK CENTER of the helmet and strong  enough to potentially cause a  concussion. REMOVE PLAYER IMMEDIATELY

The STABILIZER™ CONCUSSION WARNING SENSOR is a single hit detection device.  Once the liquid turns RED, remove the sensor and throw it away, then attach a new sensor before allowing the player to re-enter play.

• The STABILIZER™ CONCUSSION WARNING SENSOR is a device that detects impact.
• The STABILIZER™ CONCUSSION WARNING SENSOR is a device that contains a tube filled with red liquid held in suspension. When The STABILIZER™ CONCUSSION WARNING SENSOR is subjected to an impact exceeding a specified G-level, the shock disrupts the surface tension of the liquid, releasing the highly visible red dye into the length of the tube creating a permanent and immediate indication that the impact was strong enough to potentially cause a concussion.
  
• Once activated, the The STABILIZER™ CONCUSSION WARNING SENSOR  cannot be reset.
• The STABILIZER™ CONCUSSION WARNING SENSOR provides 360 degree impact detection.

Using a phillips screw driver simply unscrew the screws that attach the facemask  to the helmet.

Line up the rectangle slots in the Stabilizer Concussion Sensor with the screw holes in the helmet.

Screw the screws back thru the screw hole brackets on the facemask and back into the helmet to secure.
